🔧 Your Responsibilities:

✅ Maintain 24/7/365 system, app, and infra availability
✅ Handle provisioning/de-provisioning in Active Directory
✅ Troubleshoot O365 accounts and service desk issues
✅ Manage security groups and group policies
✅ Use ServiceNow/Salesforce for report generation and service tasks
✅ Create documentation to assist the support team
✅ Support non-technical users with empathy and clarity
✅ Work in rotational shifts (flexibility required)

🎯 Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Experience in IT or a related field
✔️ Solid communication skills
✔️ Technical know-how in:

  • Basic Networking

  • Active Directory

  • O365 Tools

  • ServiceNow

  • Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting

  • Service Request Management

Preferred:
✨ Extra experience in IT support roles
✨ Familiarity with top-tier customer service practices
